Window cleaning website
Ocean Windows
A one-page website for a residential window-cleaning service in Red Deer, Alberta. It leads with the promise customers care about — “Not happy? Don’t pay” — backs it with real reviews, and then shows exactly how the windows are cleaned: six steps, each with its own tool, animated on a window that goes from dusty to clear.

Goal
A homeowner in Red Deer should trust the company within seconds — insured, guaranteed, recommended by neighbours — and request a free quote in a couple of taps.
Challenge
Window cleaning looks the same from the outside: a bucket, a squeegee, a phone number. The site had to show why this crew’s result is different — the edges, frames, sills and screens most people skip — and make a simple service feel careful and trustworthy.
Key decisions
- 01
An interactive six-step method: the pane goes from dusty to clear step by step, with play, pause and step-by-step controls.
- 02
The guarantee up front: “Not happy? Don’t pay”, fully insured and 500+ happy customers right under the headline.
- 03
Real customer reviews and counters: years of experience, happy customers and how many book again.
- 04
A quote form that asks for the preferred contact method — call, text or email — plus a phone button always in the header.
- 05
A FAQ that answers the questions people ask before booking: area, screens, frames, insurance and how to prepare.
01
Trust before the first scroll
The first screen says what, where and for whom, and puts the three things that remove doubt right under the button: fully insured, not happy — don’t pay, 500+ happy customers. Reviews and the guarantee follow straight after.

02
The method, shown — not just described
Six steps on every window, each with its own tool: soap, steel wool, rinse, squeegee, microfibre on the edges and a cloth on the frames. An illustrated window cleans itself step by step, and visitors can pause or go through it at their own pace.

03
Services and answers in one place
Interior, exterior, frames and sills, screens — each with what’s included. Then the service area and a FAQ, so by the time someone reaches the form, they have nothing left to ask.

On mobile
Most homeowners find a window cleaner on their phone, so the call button stays in the header and the method works with big, thumb-sized step buttons.
