Car repair shop website

Car‑Customizing

A multi-page website for a multi-brand auto service in Kyiv, Ukraine — from maintenance and engine repair to bodywork, paint, lighting and interior upholstery. Instead of vague promises, it gets specific: what they fix, how the price is agreed, what equipment is in the shop, and what to do when a warning light comes on.

Goal

A driver searching on their phone should understand within seconds: they’ll find the cause, quote the price before repairing, the car is in safe hands — and booking is easy.

Challenge

Car repair websites usually look the same: a list of services, a photo of a lift and a phone number. This shop does a lot — from maintenance to bodywork and upholstery — and all of it had to be shown without overwhelming someone who just has a light on their dashboard.

Key decisions

  1. 01

An interactive “Which light is on?” helper — the driver picks a warning light and instantly sees whether it’s safe to drive and what to do.

  2. 02

An “open / closed” status in the header, calculated live from the opening hours.

  3. 03

Call, Telegram and Viber right on the first screen — and on phones, in a bottom bar that appears as you scroll.

  4. 04

Rating and real Google Maps reviews on the home page — trust without made-up promises.

  5. 05

The repair process in six steps: from the first call to handing back the keys, with a video report and approval of any extra work.

01

The first screen works like a consultation

Next to the headline is a panel of warning lights. The driver taps the one that’s on and gets a short answer: how urgent it is and what to do next. Below the answer — a button to book exactly that check.

02

Services grouped the way drivers think

Fourteen categories — from diagnostics and suspension to glass and parts — each with a short explanation of what’s included. For anyone unsure which service they need, there’s a separate block: describe the symptom in Telegram.

03

Trust through specifics

The “About” page shows the workshop, the equipment and the reasons people trust the shop: warranty on work and parts, guarded parking with CCTV, working through power outages, video reports and approval of extra work.

On mobile

On a phone, calling and messaging are always within reach: the bottom bar appears as soon as you start scrolling.
