Who we are

This website belongs to MikeGround, a web studio run by Mykhailo Maiko. Questions about your data: mishamaiko@mikeground.com.

What you send us

When you fill in the request form, we receive your name, email, phone or Telegram (if you leave them), your business, what you need and your message.

With the request we also receive technical details: the page you sent it from, the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example utm tags or a Facebook click id), your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, discuss your project and send you an offer. We may send you one email confirming that the request has arrived.

We don’t sell your data and don’t add you to newsletters.

Where it goes

Requests are delivered to us through a Telegram bot and by email. The website and email are hosted by Hostinger.

If you came from a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad, we tell Meta that a request was sent, so we can see which ads work. Your email and phone are sent to Meta only in hashed (encrypted, unreadable) form, through the Meta Conversions API.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and may use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the pages (clicks, scrolling). Both use cookies.

The site also remembers in your browser your language choice and which ad brought you here (for 90 days).

You can choose «Decline» in the cookie notice, clear cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings on Facebook at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as needed to work on your project and our records. Ask us and we’ll delete your data.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, correct it or have it deleted — write to mishamaiko@mikeground.com.
